Brian Lee Tajii, 51, entered into rest suddenly on Monday, January 4, in Manteca. He was born on January 7, 1958 in San Jose California. He was a resident of Manteca for 11 years.  He joins his father in heaven, Kingo Tajii.

Mr. Tajii is survived by his beloved wife of 12 years Shelley Tajii. His children are Brad Tajii, Patricia Tajii and Allison Tajii, all of Manteca. His siblings are Kerry Tajii of Santa Clara, Diane Mayeda, Wendy Tsutsumi, and Lonny Tajii, all of San Jose. He is also survived by his mother Lilly Tajii of Santa Clara.

Before moving to Manteca 11 years ago Brian made his home in Jackson for 5 years and grew up in San Jose, California where he graduated in 1976 from Willow Glen High. For the past 15 years Brian worked for Lam Research as a Sr. Designer in Fremont, Ca. He was a member of the United Lutheran Church of Manteca. He enjoyed working with wood building many projects.  Brian was extremely supportive to his children. He coached softball for his daughters through Mayhem Travel Ball and MYSA. He also coached baseball for his son for many years with Northgate Little League. He enjoyed every minute he spent with his children; each day was a blessing. Family vacations were always very memorable for Brian; the excitement of planning each trip for him was very rewarding. He took his family many places such as Disney World, Yellow Stone, Pismo Beach, and Monterey. Taking his family out in their RV for day trips and road trips was always adventurous and fun. Brian was a true family man; he always put his children and wife first and foremost; he always made sure there were many special times together as a family. Brian will be remembered as an honest, kind man who was hard working and extremely generous.

Mr. Tajii’s services are being handled by P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca. Visitation will be on January 8,  from noon to 5 p.m. at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home 290 N. Union Road, Manteca. Services will be held on Saturday January 9, at 11 a.m. also held at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home.
