Dale Lawrence Sherman, 55, of Manteca, passed away peacefully in the mountains, the place he loved the most, after having a wonderful walk in the snow with his beautiful children. He has gone to heaven to be an angel with his parents, Ralph and Eula Sherman. He was a beautiful person inside and out and will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Dale is survived by his wife, Faye Sherman; children, Jacob Dale Sherman, Michael Owens, Janelle Sherman, Jody Lopez and Rebecca Cavazos; grandchildren, Emily, Isaac and Elena Lopez, Christopher and Celina Cavazos; brothers, Michael and Walter Sherman; as well as many other members of his loving family and cherished friends.

A family gathering will be held at Dale’s home on Saturday, Jan. 31, at noon.
