This award winning play, by Native American playwright Tomson Highway, portrays seven women from a Canadian Indian reservation attempting to beat the odds at the biggest bingo event in the world. The Rez Sisters is a hilarious, thoughtful, mystical and powerful creative work focusing on the Native American voice. The work exposes the highs and lows of life on a reservation.
