The Cadillac Three performing on Aug. 7 at Black Oak Casino Resort

TUOLUMNE – The Cadillac Three – which Rolling Stone Country labeled as one of “Ten New Artists You Need to Know” – will be performing at Black Oak Casino Resort on Thursday, Aug. 7.

 The high-energy trio hails from Nashville, playing country with a rockin’ edge. Their lead singer Jaren Johnston is known for penning Keith Urban’s #1 smash “You Gonna Fly,” two new cuts on Tim McGraw’s latest record, and several other tunes for Kenny Chesney, Sara Evans and Dierks Bentley. The band appeared on ABC’s hit drama “Nashville” and their music has been featured on CSI Miami, “The Vampire Diaries, and Heart of Dixie. Other highlights include local favorite rock and roll party band Crazy Ivan which will perform its last gig ever on Thursday, Aug. 28, at 8 p.m. The month will wrap up on Saturday, Aug. 30, at 8 p.m. with Richard Bean and Sapo – Bean was the original lead singer of Malo’s “Suavecito” which has become known as the greatest Chicano love song of all time.

 Band on the Run featuring Denny Laine, 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 20

 Comedy with Jimmy “Dy-No-Mite” Walker, 8 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 21

With over 200 seats, Willow Creek Lounge is an entertainment venue complete with a full service bar, dance floor, and video bar top slots. Shows are primarily free, however selected shows may have a minimal ticket charge to provide comfortable crowd size for the venue. For all 8 p.m. shows, doors will open at 6:30 pm and for all 9pm shows, doors will open at 7:30 p.m. Performances that require tickets will be noted on the entertainment lineup, and tickets will be available at Black Oak Casino Resort’s gift shop The Gift Basket and can be ordered by phone at (209) 928.9300 x6508. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis, and you must be seated at the table to save your seat prior to any show. Willow Creek Lounge is a smoke-free venue, and all lounge guests must be 21 or older to attend.
