USA SOFTBALL: USA Softball and Mayhem Fastpitch are hosting their second clinic with past and present players from the country’s gold-medal squad.

BOWLING
The Manteca Bowling Association is sponsoring the Masters Tournament March 21 beginning at 9 a.m. The tournament will be divided in six divisions, set up by averages. Bowlers will bowl five games over 10 lanes with top-half advancing to bowl three games over six lanes. The fee is $35 to participate.

LANCER YOUTH: Freestyle practices are underway for the Lancer Youth Wrestling Club. The club is looking for youth ages 5-18 to sign up.Practices are Mondays and Wednesdays from 4-6 p.m. for high-school aged wrestlers, and 6:30-8 for high-school freshmen and younger kids.

MFC RED DEVILS: The Manteca Futbol Club under-11 girls Red Devils, winners of the NorCal Premier Silver Division State Cup, are still looking for a few more players and a goalkeeper to join the team.
They are inviting potential players to come out for practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays of this month at Woodward Park between 6-8 p.m.

COWBOYS: The Manteca Cowboys youth football and cheer program, coming off a Super Bowl season in the National Youth Football League, is conducting signups on March 25, April 8 and 22, and May 6 and 20 at Mountain Mike’s Pizza on Main Street.
The Cowboys offer four levels of play: Starts (6-8 year olds), Rookie (9-11), JV (11-13) and Varsity (13-14 with a 185-pound ball-carrying maximum).
There are no tryouts or cuts, but each team is limited to 35 players.
