Franklin rushes for 177 yards as Cowboys corral Tracy Rampage

Jacorey Franklin racked up 177 yards on just eight carries Saturday to lead the Manteca Cowboys varsity to a 47-0 thumping of the Tracy Rampage in Northern California Youth Football and Cheer action.
Franklin scored on runs of 25 and 50 yards and was one of three Cowboys to score two touchdowns. Marcus Brennen had touchdown runs of 2 and 5 yards, while Dominic Kempf completed 8 and 5-yard touchdown passes to Ryan Torres and Brian Howe, respectively. Eric Sangalang added an 18-yard touchdown run.
Franklin made six tackles, Sangalang five and Howe (interception) four.

Tracy Rampage 33, Manteca Cowboys 0
The Cowboys were held to 50 yards in the shutout loss.
Rookies
Manteca Jr. Timberwolves 7, Mountain House
Mustangs 6
The Jr. Timberwolves rushed for 211 yards with six first downs behind the offensive line of Snowden Snyder, Preston Ellis, Isaiah Alcocer, Nate Moore, Jeremia Harrison, and Dominik Wilson.
Julian Moncada had 115 yards rushing on 11 carries with a 15-yard touchdown run.  Luis Rosas had 55 yards rushing on 10 carries and the game deciding point-after run with Jeremy Douglas adding 41 yards on 10 carries.
Jeremy Douglas led the Manteca defense with seven tackles followed by Isaiah Sanchez (interception), Damian Delgadillo, Robert Gaston, Alcocer and Moncada had with five stops each and Eric Vaquera, Angelo Diaz, Xavier Flores and Rosas with four each.

Jacob Paris was the workhorse for the Cowboys with 188 yards on 20 carries and two touchdowns.
Jonathan Constance added 84 yards on eight carries and Julian Ramirez had 24 yards on three carries with the offensive line opening up some big holes.
Elias Lopez (forced fumble) and Constance had five tackles each and Devin Downey (fumble recovery) and Paris had three tackles apiece. Cayden Soliz (forced fumble), Keyler Coyode,
Mario Quezada and Izik Archuleta also contributed on defense for Manteca.

Mountain House Mustangs 21, Manteca Jr. Timberwolves 7
Albert Menchaca led the Jr. Timberwolves with 79 yards rushing and a touchdown.
Maddox Morales and Lieland Riggleman also contributed to the Manteca offense.
Gilbert Luiz led the Manteca defense with seven tackles and a fumble recovery. Mateo Nunez, Morales and Menchaca added four stops each and Isabellah Crabb (fumble recovery), William Ellis and Raymond Zimmerman had three tackles each.
