Formal Connection Menswear in the 100 block of North Main is offering a special price for its tuxedos and accessories at $59.95. Deadline for tuxedo rental today.
The Manteca Police Chief’s Foundation provides the youth of Manteca with positive alternatives to the gang and drug life. Much like Give Every Child a Chance, the Chief’s Foundation believes that it is not enough to tell kids that there are better choices, but that we need to show them those alternatives and make them available, according to Police Chief Dave Bricker.
“We are dedicated to saving our community, one child at a time,” Bricker said.
Programs such as the Junior Police and CSI Academies, 7 Habits for Highly Effective Teens, the Youth Chaplaincy and Mentoring Program, and Mobile Recreation Project are among those presented by the Chief’s Foundation.
