Students and teachers in Manteca High School’s Visual and Performing Arts Department will celebrate their annual Day of the Arts on Wednesday, April 1, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Winter Gym.

On display will be artwork from the school’s art, design, photo, architecture, and video production classes. A panel of experts will judge the student artwork, with top-prize finishers moving on to compete in the District Art Show later in the month. Awards will also be given to outstanding students in each of the department’s classes.
