Favorite class: Spanish.
High school activities: Wrestling, cheerleading, track and field, and Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps.
How I got into wrestling: Some guy told me I couldn’t do it. I’m proving him wrong.
How do you juggle such a busy schedule: I’m thankful to have teachers who are supportive of me. They’re always helpful in making sure things turn out.
Elementary school: I went to Mossdale School for seventh- and eighth- grade years.
How long have you lived in Lathrop: Three years.
Favorite teacher and why: My JROTC instructor Venjie Gose. His leadership role is what helped shape me.
What I learned from my parents: My mom says that I should always be independent.
Plans for the future: I would love to go to West Point or Harvard (after high school). If not, I’d like to continue wrestling in college.
Favorite food: Tacos.
Favorite time of the year: I always look forward to Christmas.
Best gift ever: Just being with family (for the holidays).
Favorite book: “Band of Brothers.”
Favorite movie: “Go Little Mermaid.” I know it’s a kid’s movie. But I still like it.
Favorite actor and why: Brad Pitt, because he’s cute.
Favorite song: “When the Sand Runs Out,” by Rascal Flatts.
Favorite musical group: Rascal Flatts.
What do you like about Lathrop: The community – It’s a small town but we have fun.
Favorite vacation: Going back to visit Oregon. We go to see family in Eugene.
Who do you admire: My mom – she really motivates me to do my best (in everything).
Favorite sport other than wrestling: Gymnastics. I used to enjoy doing the balance beam. I took first place in the state meet when I was age 9 (in Oregon).
Best advice you can give someone: Don’t ever accept failure.
What do you want to be when you grow up: I’m interested in architecture.
Who is your best friend: Alexandria O’Dell.
What do you and your friends enjoy doing for fun: We enjoy just kicking back and watching movies.
What’s your favorite school lunch: Pizza.
What’s your favorite TV show or shows: “Three Little Liars” (a teen mystery drama / thriller) and “The Nine Lives of Chloe King.”
Do you drive: I do but I have just my permit. I’m planning to go for my driver’s license (test) soon.
