The MRPS Classy Car Show is scheduled for Sunday, May 3, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 133 N. Grant St. in Manteca.

All makes and models of cars will be accepted.

Dash plaques and drawing tickets will be awarded to the first 100 entrants. The drawing and awards will be held at 2:30 p.m.

Cost to enter is $20 by or $25 on the day of the event.  Prizes will be awarded to the winning entries.

The grand prize is a two-night get-away to South Lake Tahoe.

Great food will be available for purchase. Offerings will include ribs and salad, hot dogs, hamburgers and other refreshments.

The public is welcome to admire the cars and there is no admission charge.

All proceeds will benefit the MRPS Scholarship Fund, which supports area high school students to continue their education.
