Hank Williams Jr. performs at Ironstone Vineyards June 30

MURPHYS — Country music star Hank Williams, Jr. will be performing at Ironstone Vineyards on Saturday, June 30, at 7:30 p.m. 

The concert will take place at the Ironstone Amphitheatre located at 1894 Six Mile Road in Murphys.  Tickets start at just $45 and can be purchased at or at  The opening act for the Hank Williams, Jr. show will be blues and rock musician Elvin Bishop.

Hank Williams, Jr. has had 44 Top Ten Singles including ten #1 singles.  He was honored as a BMI (Broadcast Music Inc) Icon for having “a unique and indelible influence on generations of music makers.”  Williams has won numerous awards over his career including being named Entertainer of the Year three times by the Academy of Country Music and twice by the County Music Association.  He is one of the best-selling artists in country music history with six platinum albums, 20 gold albums, and 13 chart-topping albums. Williams has been selling out massive venues for decades and was the singing voice of Monday Night Football for 22 years.

Elvin Bishop, who will open for Hank Williams, Jr., has a musical biography that is no secret to anyone who has been into blues or rock music over the last 40 years. Bishop has been a bona fide legend for decades and one of the many songs he is known for is his Top 10 hit “Fooled Around And Fell In Love.”  His 2008 album The Blues Rolls On was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Traditional Blues Album.
