Spreckels Park BMX track in Manteca will be hosting a Beginner Riders Clinic this Sunday from 9 to 11 a.m. Registration begins at 8:30. 

Basic skills, gates, turns and jumps will be covered.  This is intended for new or novice level riders. Cost is $5 for the clinic, and if you decide to race that fee will be applied towards the day’s race fees. 

Come out and get ready for our USA BMX Olympic Day. 

The Olympic Race will be held on Sunday, July 1.  No membership or race fees are required. BMX Racing is an Olympic Sport, and USA BMX / Spreckels Park BMX in conjunction with the United States Olympic Committee is celebrating with a free race day for the community. 

Our goal is to promote fitness, and celebrate the Olympic ideals of fair play, perseverance, respect and sportsmanship.  Spreckels Park BMX is excited to host this special event.

Races are held on Sundays. Signup and practice times are from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with racing starting soon as soon as possible.  New riders are encouraged, as the divisions are based on age and skill level. ABA BMX Membership information available on race day

The track is located at Spreckels Avenue off Moffat Blvd.  There is free admission to spectators and a $10 entry fee for racing. Participants must have a helmet, long sleeves and pants, and a BMX or mountain style bicycle.  Some loaner equipment is available at the track.
