Kia Rio: Style meets high mileage

The stylish 2013 Rio four-door sedan recently arrived on the lot of Kia Country, 1515 N. Main St., Manteca.

Try the 2013 Rio now available in a stylish four-door sedan or five-door hatchback, and complete with features not found on subcompact cars.

Available in LX, EX and SX trims, the redesigned Rio is powered by a 138-horsepower 1.6-liter gasoline directed injection four-cylinder engine, and capable of 40 miles per gallon, highway, and 30 mpg, city.

 The sedan and hatchback models both have the six-speed automatic transmission, with 15-inch steel wheels and covers.

Safety features include six air bags – dual front advanced air bags, front seat-mounted side air bags, and full-length side curtain air bags – three-point seat belts that tether in all positions, four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, electronic stability control, hill start assist, and traction control.

Both models also come with AM/FM/CD/MP3 sound systems, trip computer, tilt steering, and 60/40 split folding rear seats.

For those seeking the extras, Kia offers  UVO audio infotainment system, power sunroof, projection headlights, front fog lights, alloy wheels, XM Satellite radio, and heated seats and steering wheel, to name a few, for the new Rio that just hit the dealership lots.
