RIPON — An Internet prostitution operation with sex in an 18-wheeler at a Ripon truck stop was broken up shortly after midnight Tuesday morning by three Ripon police officers.

First Sergeant Steve Merchant said three men and a 17-year-old female were detained at the Flying J Truck Stop on Jack Tone Road just north of the Highway 99 freeway.

Merchant said one of the men - Andres Felipe Izquierdo, 28, of Turlock - was found to be on active parole and was transported to San Joaquin County Jail in French Camp where he was held without bail. He was also charged with conspiracy, aiding in prostitution and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Officers found that the men had transported 22-year-old woman, Damaris Quezada, of Ceres to the Ripon truck stop. They reportedly made contact with a male truck driver in the truck stop parking lot and questioned both about the prostitution allegations.

The woman allegedly admitted she had just engaged in a sex act while at the truck stop parking lot adding that she had placed an ad on the Internet site stating she could be contacted “for a good time.”

The truck driver was questioned by police and admitted he and the woman had engaged in a sexual act for money while at the regional truck facility. He allegedly told police the transaction was completed inside the cab of his truck. A printer and copies of $20 bills were also located in the suspect’s rig.

Officers said the male suspects admitted they had transported the woman for prostitution and were subsequently taken into custody.

The woman was also transported to the San Joaquin County Jail and charged with conspiracy, aiding in prostitution and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

A 17-year-old male was cited and released on similar charges of conspiracy, aiding in prostitution and for allegedly circulating unauthorized currency.

Mark Rony Saha, 35, of Loma Linda was cited and released on a charge of solicitation of prostitution, police said.
