Editor, Manteca Bulletin,

The San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors want more time in office? Measure D is the vehicle that will get them to their desired goal. Can I put an initiative on the ballot that locks me in to a guaranteed job? Vote no on Measure D on Nov. 6.
