The Playbox Ensemble at East Union High School announces its production of the hilarious one act series “Homework Eats Dog” and “How to Succeed in High School Without Really Trying”. The show is tonight, Nov. 15 and16 at 7 p.m. in the black box theatre.

“Homework Eats Dog” revolves the magical hour before a grade-crusher of an assignment is due. It’s Friday 13th and each year on this day, the students in Mr. Kobekeaneski’s science class suffer under the weight of the biggest assignment of the year…and Mr. K watches them squirm and they each sneak into his classroom with a litany of outrageous excusers, including the greatest one of them all “My Homework Ate My Dog.”

The one act show will be paired with the equally hilarious one act “How to Succeed in High School Without Really Trying”, a spoof of a school assembly filled with tips and tricks for making the most of your high school experience.

Tickets are $7 and will be available from the Box Office at East Union High School. Seating for the performance is limited.
