Daniel Hernandez, 64, entered into rest on November 15, 2012 at Kaiser Foundation Manteca. He was born on June 9, 1948 in Washington. He is preceded in death by his sister Toni Hernandez

Mr. Hernandez is survived by his wife of 41 years Lena Hernandez. He has two children, Blaze Hernandez (Silvia) and Daniella Toliver (Kendal). He was blessed with five grandchildren. He is also survived by his twin sister Donna Acaldo and his brother Tom Hernandez.

Daniel proudly served his country through the United States Marine Corps. He was a resident of Manteca for over 27 years.
