A 15-year-old Manteca boy suffered undisclosed injuries to his head after being slammed with a skateboard at about 4 p.m. Thursday afternoon at a mobile home park in the 500 block of Moffat Boulevard.
Fire medics treated the youth at the scene and Manteca Ambulance transported the victim to Doctors Hospital of Manteca.
Witnesses said the responsible parties fled the scene with the skateboard.
