Felon in possession of a gun while parole violations sends others to jail

Scott Phillip Hamilton, 33, was arrested before dawn Friday by Manteca Police Officer Josh Sweeten and sent to county jail charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm. 

Hamilton was also charged with carrying a concealed weapon with bail set at $200,000. His court date scheduled Tuesday at 1:25 p.m. in the Manteca Branch of the San Joaquin County Superior Court.

Daniel Baiza Mendez, 30, had his parole revoked after being charged with battery on a spouse. He was arrested by Officer Aaron Montoya before dawn Friday morning.  He is also being held in county jail without bail.

Paul Kakky Heuton, 37, was arrested by Manteca Officer Ian Osborn for violation of parole and is also being held at county jail without bail.

Ripon Police Officer Brett Delgado booked Wesley Garrett Stine, 24, into county jail just minutes after midnight Saturday for felony violation of his parole.  He, too, is being held without bail.
