The Manteca Area Soccer League’s under-12 Crushers booked their second straight shutout in a 3-0 win over Chivas at Woodward Park Saturday.

Bryan Telles earned the clean sheet at goal, and Jonathan White anchored the defense.

Offensively, Brendan Chapman collected a pair of goals, with the other coming from Matthew Higginson.

In other MASL action:

Spartans 5, Vipers 1
Adrian Nieblas, Alex Aguilar and Julio Gonzalez spearheaded the Spartans’ vaunted attack. Joseph Eddings, Sean Osorio, Riley Johnston and Andrew Gall provided solid midfield support.

Christian Ornelas-Reyes, Evion Cotton and Jeremy Parente led the stingy defense.

Fury 3, Bolts 1
Gino Campiotti poured in two goals, and Charlie Wichert added one of his own for the victorious Fury. Dylan Gross stood out on the defensive end. Andrew Grajeda, Lyron Linares and Logan Wilson were other notable players.

Scorpians 6, Lions 1
The Lions were stung by Scorpians standout Juan Mata, who collected a whopping four goals in the win. Cody Niford had a goal and an assist. Aron Navarrette also scored, while Esteban Castro chimed in with an assist.

Gabriel Cirella played well at goal in the first half and was relieved by Navarrette. The defense was led by Joshua Craighead, Kyle Rachels, Leonardo Hurtado, Isaias Mata and Manuel Echeverria.
