STOCKON POLICE CAR CRASHES INTO SUV: STOCKTON - A police officer and a SUV crashed at a north Stockton intersection Sunday afternoon.
The crash happened at the intersection of West Lane and Hammer Lane around 2:30 p.m.
The Stockton police officer was responding to a domestic dispute call, with the lights and sirens on, when the car crashed with a Honda CRV. The CRV then rolled over.
The officer complained of a headache and was transported to the hospital as a precaution; no one in the CRV was injured.
61-YEAR-OLD WOMAN STABBED: STOCKTON - A 61-year-old woman was stabbed while negotiating a price for a sexual encounter in Stockton Sunday night, say police.
Stockton police reports stated the woman met with a man named Christopher on the 600 block of S. Aurora Ave. around 6:30 p.m. The two agreed to a sexual encounter, but when the woman asked to see Christopher's money, he cut her and fled on foot.
Christopher was described as a white man, approximately 30 years old, 5-foot-6, weighing 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing all dark clothing.
