In-Shape Health Clubs will open its second Manteca location this Friday, March 1.

The new In-Shape Fit: Manteca, located at 1305 West Yosemite Avenue, opens at 10 a.m. and will celebrate with grand opening celebrations all day long.

Charter members and the community can see the new facility, win prizes, and try out the equipment and amenities free of charge during the event. The first 50 people through the doors at 10 a.m. Friday will get an exclusive In-Shape gift. The grand opening festivities will be from 5 to 8 p.m. and will include club tours, equipment demonstrations, prizes and more.

All events and prize opportunities are open to the public.

“We are really looking forward to opening another club in Manteca, giving our members even more options to stay in shape. But we are especially excited about this club because it will offer innovative techniques for fitness,” said Rob Farrens, In-Shape’s Executive Vice President. “We’re unveiling our revamped 29-Minute Circuit for those who want a quick, effective workout, plus we’re introducing our self-service fitness room where members can choose any type of class any time of day.”

The new In-Shape Fit: Manteca will complement the company’s popular sports club at 1805 East Yosemite Avenue, offering top-of-the-line cardio machines with cardio theater, the best weight training and selectorized equipment, abs and stretching areas, a new 29-Minute Circuit, group classes on demand, certified personal trainers, and more. Members can choose a membership allowing access to both clubs or just opt for one location.

“We’re expanding our presence in the area and raising the bar for the health club industry,” said Rachelle Gardette, In-Shape’s Regional Manager. “In-Shape Fit: Manteca will add value for all members to enjoy.”

Interested residents can call 249-7003 or stop by the club for a guest pass.
