Street fair underway today, Sunday

A record 375 plus booth spaces have been reserved for the 17th annual Crossroads of California Street Fair taking place today and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in downtown Manteca. Not only are there a record 375 booth spaces taken but there has been a big surge in handmade arts and crafts vendors.

There is no admission charge.

The street fair carnival is open today and Sunday from noon to 11 p.m. at The Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley in front of the former Best Buy store at Union Road and the 120 Bypass.

There is also free entertainment on the Library Park Gazebo Stage during the downtown Crossroads Street Fair from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The gazebo stage has amphitheater-style seating for 75 plus plenty of grass areas to sit and enjoy the entertainment.

• 4 p.m. Manteca Martial Arts

• 4:30 p.m. Treume

• 5 p.m. Moore’s Karate

• 5:30 p.m. Dreama Diaz
