Drive to help mentally disabled
The local Knights Columbus will be having fundraising drive this weekend – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – to help people with intellectual disabilities in the Manteca area.

Members will be taking a collection in front of local supermarkets, with all funds benefiting Manteca Community Assistance Programs and Camp La Honda, a program of the Catholic Diocese of Stockton.

The latter is a two-week summer camp at Tuolumne Trails in Groveland. One week is set aside for children and young adults, and the second week for adults with special needs.

All donations are tax deductible.
