Kuil puts SSJID constituents always first and foremost

Dale Kuil deserves your vote on the South San Joaquin Irrigation District Board of Directors on Nov. 6.

I had the privilege of working with Dale on the SSJID Board for eight years. He has worked diligently to keep the water charges at some of the lowest in the state and still maintain a healthy reserve. Dale has always put his constituents first and foremost.

I urge your vote for Dale Kuil on Nov. 6.
