People need to slow down in Manteca

Editor, Manteca Bulletin,

Unless there is a police officer seen, the drivers of today are in a hurry to meet their maker, if not them then another human, cat, or dog as long as it not the person driving crazy or one of their loved ones. As Hillary would say, what difference does it make?

They take a shortcut to save time. They will take Parajo then Pebble Way and Trailwood to get to Louise Avenue at speeds between 45 and 50 miles per hour. I hope there is a police car in a side court that these uncaring drivers are unable to see.

The city could make a small fortune with the tickets they could give out. There is no special age for these selfish drivers. They are young, middle age, and senior citizens. Life is short, time goes by so fast. Slow down and maybe have a little more time to enjoy life for yourself and the lives of others, human or animal.

I hope you slow down and think including UPS, Federal Express and all others doing speedy deliveries.
