Joe passed away at his home on Sunday surrounded by family and friends.
Joe served in the army and was a WWII Veteran.  He married his wife Stella Gaines in 1951 and had three daughters.  They moved to Manteca in 1964.  He retired from the retail Clerks Union in the 1980’s and then began selling Real Estate for the next 15 years.  His biggest love was his garden full of every kind of fruit, nuts and vegetables that he would share with everyone.  He also loved ballroom dancing and restoring classic cars.
Joe was preceded in death by his wife Stella and grandson Bill Grammer.
He is survived by brother Richard Manuse, sister Gloria Smith, daughters; Stephanie Swan, Patricia Manuse and Annette Lores, son in laws Henry Swan and Eloy Lores, five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
Special thanks to his good friend and garden buddy Tom McFadden and his loving caretaker Kathy Villegos.
Family and friends are invited to attend Thrice/Holy Service Thursday, 7:00 pm  and Funeral Service Friday, 10:00 am at St. Basils Church, 900 W, March Lane, Stockton CA.
