POTTY PEEPER SENTENCED TO 3 YEARS IN PRISON: BOULDER, Colo. (AP) — A Colorado man who hid in the tank of a portable toilet at a yoga festival to spy on women has been sentenced to three years in prison and 10 years of probation.

Luke Chrisco's sentence was handed down Friday in Boulder. The 31-year-old pleaded guilty in July to attempted unlawful sexual contact and two burglary counts.

Police arrested Chrisco in 2011 after a woman at a yoga festival in Boulder noticed something moving in the tank of the portable toilet, then saw a feces-stained man emerge and run away. Police say he also was suspected of hiding in other bathrooms around Boulder to watch women use the toilet.

NUGENT'S WIFE ARRESTED WITH GUN AT TEXAS AIRPORT: DALLAS (AP) — The wife of rock musician Ted Nugent has been arrested after a handgun was found in her carry-on luggage at an airport security checkpoint.

Police confirmed Friday that 51-year-old Shemane Ann Nugent was taken into custody at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

An incident report says Nugent told police she forgot the weapon was in her bag while trying to catch a flight Thursday to Fort Lauderdale, Fla. She told police she began carrying the handgun after receiving death threats. She's licensed to carry a concealed weapon.

She's been married to Ted Nugent since 1989. He's an outspoken supporter of gun rights.

The Dallas Morning News reports that through July of this year security personnel at the airport had found 57 guns in carry-on bags.

AUTHORITIES: GA. TODDLER DIES IN BB GUN SHOOTING: ATLANTA (AP) — Atlanta police say a father has been charged with felony murder in the BB gun shooting death of his 18-month-old son.

Officer Kim Y. Jones says the boy's father, 23-year-old Jesse L. Sellers, was arrested Friday and also charged with cruelty to children.

Jones says police were called to an apartment complex in the morning on a report of a child shot in the chest. Police say the boy died at Grady Hospital.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Sellers was being held without bond in the Fulton County Jail. The boy's uncle, Willie Dickerson, told the newspaper the shooting was an accident.

Police say they recovered a BB gun from inside the apartment.
