Sharon Jean Hubble, 68, died Thursday, Oct. 22 at Stanford University Hospital, Palo Alto, Cal. She was born on April 26, 1941 in French Camp. She was a resident of Lathrop for 51 years, previously of French Camp for 17 years.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Bill R. Hubble; children, Denise Hubble Castles of Manteca, Richard Hubble and wife Kimberly of Tucson, Arizona; siblings, David Cavagnaro and wife Cindy, and Peter Cavagnaro and wife Elsie of Stockton, and Paul Cavagnaro of California; grandchildren, Greg Castles, Mandy Castles, Kaleb Hubble and Kenan Hubble.

Sharon retired after 17 years as an office clerk for the U.S. Government. She attended Calvary Community Church in Manteca. She enjoyed doing ceramics, camping and cooking; especially on special occasions her “chocolate gravy.” She loved spending time with her family and friends.

An online guest book is available at Arrangements are under the direction of P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home, 290 N. Union Road, Manteca. Celebration of life service is Saturday, Nov. 7, at 12 noon at Grace Community Church, 850 J Street, Lathrop. Final resting place will be private.
