FROM THE ‘PUMPKIN MAN’

Hailey Ratto, 4, and her two-year-old brother Jake added their spirit to their grandfather Nick's pumpkin creations they brought into the Manteca Bulletin office this week. The family shares their art work every year dropping them off at the front door – a gift from the "Pumpkin Man."
