Luncheon raises money for scholarships

Nine academic and art scholarships are given out every year to area high school seniors by the Manteca Federated Women's Club. The money for those awards comes from a fund-raiser that the group holds every spring. This year, that annual event will take place Sunday, April 17, at the Manteca Senior Center.
