Motorcycle rider fleeing CHP, crashes then runs on foot

RIPON - A young motorcycle rider fled a CHP officer Wednesday night about 10 o'clock ending up in a Ripon residential neighborhood where he crashed his sports model Kawasaki and ran from the scene.
