1985: Kevin Wentworth leads NorCal golf team at Junior Cup

Thirty years ago, on August 7, 1985, the Northern California team, led by the solid play of Manteca's Kevin Wentworth, tied for top honors at 680 with San Diego in the 54-hole Junior America Cup Team Championships in Calgary, Alberta. Wentworth, 16, fired a final round of 82 in the wind and rain of the par-70 Calgary Country Club.
