2 Ripon High seniors charged in golf cart theft

Two Ripon High School seniors have been charged with three felonies in the theft of a Ripon Christian Schools golf cart that ended up in the Ripon High aquatic center swimming pool, according to Ripon Police First Sergeant Steve Merchant.
