A San Jose man out of prison on parole was stopped for speeding at about 10:30 Wednesday morning in the 1300 block of Snyder Street driving a 2006 Chrysler 300 that brought neighbors out of their houses claiming the car was similar to one involved in burglaries from several of their homes.
