George Thomas Hays, Jr., 68, of Manteca died November 29th at his home. Dr. Hays was a native of Stockton. He lived in Manteca for 30 years. He was a chiropractor in Tracy where he worked alongside his wife and business partner Cathy for over 35 years. He was active in his community, and volunteered his residence as a polling place for 25 years. He was devoted to his patients, and had a passion for cooking. He loved reading, golf, and above else his family.
