Paul Allen Rebeiro, 59, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 12, 2015. He was born November 30, 1955 in Tracy to Barbara and Frank Rebeiro. Paul attended St. Bernard's Catholic School and graduated from Tracy High in 1974. Mr. Rebeiro work for Costco as a fleet supervisor and proudly called Manteca home for the past 35 years.
Mary Dell Briggs, 88, passed away on Mother's Day, May 10, in Stockton. Born to Lonnie and Mae Davis on November 25, 1926, in Flippin, Arkansas, Dell was the second of four daughters: Anna McCoy of Manteca, California; Reola Johnson of Las Vegas, Nevada (deceased); and Lonene Britt of Mountain Home, Arkansas. Dell always lit up, her blue eyes shining and her Southern drawl breaking through, in her treasured time with, and when talking about, her sisters.
Jason Alexander Combs, 19, entered the gates of heaven on Saturday, May 9, 2015 in Manteca. He was born on March 22, 1996 in Fremont, California. Jason joins his grandmother Eulalia, whom passed away just one day before him.
Virginia Lee Weis, of Lafayette, passed away suddenly at the Walnut Creek Kaiser Hospital on April 15, 2015 following a cardiac arrest. Virginia was born on November 20, 1934 in Colville, WA to Tom and Sarah Clark. She moved to California when she was a Junior and finished high school in Manteca.

Wanda Wert was born to parents Ethel and William in Waterville, Washington. Wanda has always been a strong and independent person. During her early years she rode a horse five miles every day to grammar school. She was the youngest of seven, and she was the only girl. As anyone with older brothers knows, she was tormented relentlessly, but all in good fun. A favorite story involves her being tied to a wagon wheel and rolled down a hill.
Frank Michael Risso, 62, passed into eternal rest on Tuesday, April 14, 2015. "Mike" was born in Stockton, California, and lived most of his life in Manteca. Mike was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving aboard the carrier, USS Enterprise; then spending the remaining 23 years of his military career as a member of the California National Guard.
Kenneth Gustav Peters, 89, died Tuesday, April 28, at Avera St. Benedict Hospital in Parkston. Funeral service will be Saturday, May 2, at 10:30 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in Delmont. Visitation will be Friday, May 1, from 5 to 7 pm with a 7 p.m. prayer service at Zion Lutheran Church in Delmont. Arrangements by Koehn Bros. Funeral Home in Parkston.
