Juanita Norton

Juanita Norton, 86, passed from this life into the arms of her Lord on Tuesday, February 23, after complications from surgery. Juanita and her family moved to Ripon 47 years ago from Indiana. Juanita was a hard worker and was employed by Nicolayson Farms for 25 years. After her retirement in 1988 she enjoyed many hobbies such as gardening, canning, cooking and reading, but her greatest pleasure came from her family. Juanita was a lifetime member of the VFW and the American Legion.

Cheryl "Sheri" Morrow, 42, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 26, 2010. She was born December 11, 1967 to Ron and Janet Morrow. In Heaven she'll join her brother, Ricky Morrow. A lifelong resident of Manteca, Sheri attended elementary and high school locally and worked for Goodwill as a sales clerk for several years.

Frank Espinola, Jr.

Frank Espinola, Jr., 91, of Escalon passed away on Tuesday, February 23, in Modesto. He was born December 23, 1918 in Manteca to the late Frank and Maria Espinola. He was an agriculture professor at Modesto Junior College, specializing in poultry, retiring in 1976 after 16 years with MJC. During this time he was proud to have been named Mr. Good Egg by the poultry industry.

She lived in Manteca for over 50 years where she raised her children. Eleanor was known for her infectious laugh and love for entertaining. She had a kind and generous spirit and was involved in the community through various clubs and organizations such as the Emblem Club, Iris Club, California Woman for Agriculture, and Manteca Soroptimist. Traveling was one of her favorite hobbies.
