Wilhelmina Maliepaard, 90, of Ripon went to be with the Lord on Sunday May 30, 2010. Minnie was born in Platte, SD to Henry and Jennie Woudstra. She was the seventh of nine children and was in the second of three sets of twins. She was a member of First Christian Reformed Church of Ripon. She was a homemaker and spent 25 of those years as a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. She was much loved by her children and grandchildren and will be greatly missed.

He was born on May 14, 1944 in Edmore, Michigan, and he grew up in Canton, Ohio. After graduating from high school, Robert proudly served in the U.S. Navy on the Admiral's Flag Ship the U.S.S. La Salle from 1963-1967.

The Wilverding family lost its patriarch Wednesday, April 1, 2015 when George F. Wilverding Sr. succumbed after a long brave battle with cancer. Born November 18, 1933, George grew up in Scranton, PA where he started his family before moving to Manteca in 1981. George had a unique personality that always kept his family and friends amused. He was a huge fan of golf, UFC, and Mike and Mike in the morning, and of course DA-BEARS! his main hobby was Tuesday night poker with the guys.

She graduated from Berkeley High School and entered the work force as a clerk for the Southern Pacific Railroad, where she met the love of her life, James W. McGregor. Evelyn Irene Webb, 95, passed away peacefully at home on April 1, 2015. She was born on March 5, 1920 in Tracy, California and spent her pre-school years in Pacific Grove where her father had a fishing business. Later, the family moved back to the Valley where her father became a dairy farmer in Manteca. She attended elementary and high school in Escalon and was a resident of Manteca for most of her life.
