Jo Alva Fortuny-Davis, born December 1, 1929 and longtime resident of Manteca, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 6, 2014. A resident of St. Jude's Care Center, Jo Alva is survived by her children; Mikel Fortuny, Tina Fisher, John Fortuny III, Tony Fortuny, Ed Fortuny, her sister Pat Miller and family and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be missed dearly. Services for Jo Alva will be held privately. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Care Center in Manteca. Victor Gully, age 79, entered into rest on June 25, 2014 with his family by his side in Manteca, California. He was born on September 16, 1934 to the late Francisco and Rose (Crivello) Gully. He is also preceded in death by his brothers, Tony Gully and Joe Gully, and his sisters Josephine Butler and Virginia Montesano.
