Patrick W. Simmons

Patrick W. Simmons, 54, a resident of Wilsall, Montana for the past three years and a former longtime Tracy resident, died Sunday afternoon, April 26, 2009, as the result of injuries he sustained in a single vehicle automobile accident just south of Wilsall. He left this world too suddenly for those who loved him. Cremation has taken place at Franzen-Davis Crematory in Livingston. Family services will be held at a later date.
