Elizabeth “Betty” Jarzemkoski
Elizabeth "Betty" Jarzemkoski, 86, entered into rest on May 10, 2009 in Manteca, California. She was born on January 24, 1923 in Smithfield, Utah, to Mr. and Mrs. Horace and Ethel Cannell. She was preceded in death by her parents, six siblings, and her husband, Stanley.
McKenzie Lee Hunt
McKenzie Lee Hunt left the comfort of her mother's womb and entered into Heaven on Friday, May 15, 2009. An Angel in the book of life wrote down her date of birth, and then whispered as she closed the book, "Too beautiful for Earth."
Randy Lane Reese
Randy Lane Reese, 58, died Saturday, May 23, 2009 at Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Modesto. He was born on Dec. 17, 1950. He was a resident of Manteca for seven years. He was a sheet metal fabricator for 33 years at Lynx Enterprises in Tracy.

Adeline was a life-long resident of Escalon, California. She attended Burwood School and graduated from Escalon High School.
Anthony Lewis
Anthony Lewis, 70, died on May 20, 2009 in a tragic auto accident. He was born on Jan. 19, 1939 to Anthony Lewis and Giuma Lopes. He attended school in Manteca and graduated from Manteca High School in 1956. He was on the wrestling team at Modesto Junior College and received a degree in agriculture from Fresno State University.
Jose “Jose Paz” Toste Coelho
Jose "Jose Paz" Toste Coelho, 80, of Manteca, died May 18, 2009 in Manteca Care and Rehab in Manteca. He was born Feb. 16, 1929 in Sao Sebastiao Terceira, Azores.
Helen Suzan (Suzi) McTigue
Helen Suzan (Suzi) McTigue nee Owens, 56, died May 4, 2009 in Manteca. She was born March 24, 1953 in Fort Ord, Calif. Suzi and her family moved to Manteca in 1963. Suzi held first chair French Horn when she graduated from Manteca High School in 1971.
Freida Heyd
Frieda Heyd, age 80, a resident of Bosque Farms, NM, went home to be with our heavenly Father, on Saturday, May 16, 2009. She was born to Gus and Rosy Heyd.

Carl James Ambrose
Carl James Ambrose a 20 year Manteca resident passed away at the age of 79 on April 27, 2013 in Manteca. He was born February 13, 1934 in Oakland, CA. He is survived by wife of 58 years, Louise Ambrose and 2 Sons Ricky and Steven Ambrose. He was blessed by 4 Grandchildren Ricky, Kimberly, Jennifer and Steven Ambrose as well as 1 Great-granddaughter Cora Lynn. In addition he has one brother Leonard Ambrose.
Wayne Arthur Johnson
Wayne Arthur Johnson, 90, passed away peacefully on April 26 in Manteca, California. Wayne was born on March 3, 1923 in Stockton, CA. Wayne was a World War II veteran, serving his time in the Pacific Theatre and taking part in the Battle of Palou and the Occupation of Japan. He settled in Manteca after the war and remained there for the remainder of his life, working as a farmer, for Best Fertilizer and Spreckle's Sugar.
Juanita “Nita” Mae Scott
Juanita "Nita" Mae Scott, age 83, born February 24 1930 in Corticelli, MO, entered into rest on April 23, 2013 in Stockton, CA. Nita worked at Tri Valley Canneries for 15 years and then owned Vern Scott Trucking Company with her husband for 25 years. She was a member the Moose Lodge in Lodi for 38 years, A.M.A motorcycle association and of the C.V.M.M.A modified midgets racing.
Pamela Koehn
Pamela Koehn, 57, entered into rest on April 26, 2013 in Manteca, CA. She was born on February 11, 1956 in Corpus Christi, TX. She joins her husband Mark Koehn, brothers Mark Lee Janke and Alan Dale Janke, along with her nephew Mark Lee Janke Jr. in heaven.
Addie Kaczmarek
On April 18, 2013, Addie (Toni) Kaczmarek passed away at the age of 86 in Manteca, CA. She was the loving wife of Walter Kaczmarek for 62 years. Addie was born in Oklahoma in 1926 and moved to Southern California in the mid-1940's where she married Walter in 1951. She and Walter moved to Santa Clara, CA in 1957 where they lived for over 30 years while raising there three children, Ruby, Jim and Walt. ...
