Jack Durao, 88, entered into rest on May 31, 2010 in Modesto, California. He was born on March 22, 1922 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Martinho and Virginia Durao in Poires Portugal. Jack joins his children in heaven Jackie Durao, Linda Durao and Larry Durao as well as one sister Mary Limas.
Walter den Dulk, Sr., was born on February 11, 1937, and passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2010. He was 73. Walt was a life-long resident of Ripon. He was a self-employed farmer, who along with his two brothers, Ron and Bud, owned and operated den Dulk Poultry Farms and Ripon Milling for approximately 50 years. He was also a member in the U. S. Naval Reserves.

Wilhelmina Maliepaard, 90, of Ripon went to be with the Lord on Sunday May 30, 2010. Minnie was born in Platte, SD to Henry and Jennie Woudstra. She was the seventh of nine children and was in the second of three sets of twins. She was a member of First Christian Reformed Church of Ripon. She was a homemaker and spent 25 of those years as a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. She was much loved by her children and grandchildren and will be greatly missed.
Patricia "Pat" Ohmann, 74, entered into rest on May 25, 2010 in Modesto, California. She was born on June 27, 1935 in Oilton, Oklahoma to the late Mr. and Mrs. Wesley and Myrtle Rape. She joins her son David Allen Rawlin in heaven as well as granddaughter in heaven Crystal.
Josephine G. Herrera died bravely and peacefully on May 26, 2010. She was born in Dow, Oklahoma, and was raised there. She spent most of her adult life traveling and settled in Merced, CA for more than 30 years before moving to Manteca, CA in 2008.

Robert Avon Comden, 66, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 21, 2010 at his home with his wife and daughter by his side. He was born on May 14, 1944 in Edmore, Michigan, and he grew up in Canton, Ohio. After graduating from high school, Robert proudly served in the U.S. Navy on the Admiral's Flag Ship the U.S.S. La Salle from 1963-1967.

Mike was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving aboard the carrier, USS Enterprise; then spending the remaining 23 years of his military career as a member of the California National Guard.
