William "Bill" Tacosa, 40, of Manteca, died Wednesday, February 20, 2013. Lacking of a sufficient immune system due to his Genetic Neutropenia, he valiantly battled multiple infections at Doctors Hospital of Manteca for five days, succumbing to his illnesses at 3:02 a.m.

He entered into rest on February 7, 2013 in San Francisco. surrounded by his loving family. He joins his parents in heaven; Jean-Maurice Sr. and Ariel Nadyne Berube as well as, his brother-in-law; Eddie Wiegner.

Frank Flores Ramos passed away peacefully with his family by his side on February 11, 2013 at the age of 74.

Raquel Rankin-Reindel "Quel" was born in French Camp, CA on June 16, 1973 and departed on February 13, 2013. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister and friend. Survived by her parents, David and Anita Rankin of Stockton, husband, Andrew Jon Reindel of Manteca, sons, David Joseph and Jaysen James and her siblings Eric and Danielle Rankin.

Nancy L. (Oppenheimer) Stern, age 81, entered into rest on February 4, 2013 in Stockton, CA. She was born on November 30, 1931 in Erie, Pennsylvania and later lived in Youngstown, Ohio. Her family moved to Los Angeles, when she was young. It was in the Los Angeles area where she met her husband, Leon Stern, raised a family, owned a business and lived for more than 60 years. Nancy and Lee moved to Manteca to be closer to their children in 2011.

Margarette Brenda (Bigg) Bliss was born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada, on February 7, 1929. She died from a stroke on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Manatee Memorial Hospital, Bradenton, FL.
