Barbara Notgrass 76, of Ripon, California left us way too soon on November 24, 2015. Barbara was eastbound on Hwy 120, an eigth of a mile west of North Ripon Road waiting to make a left hand turn into her driveway when a distracted driver rear ended her vehicle forcing her car into a head on collision with a west bound truck and died on the scene.

Phillip "Phil" Sanguinetti passed away peacefully on November 23, 2015 in Riverside, CA at the age of 80 years old. He was born on February 4, 1935 in Stockton, CA to George and Frances Sanguinetti. Phil and his brother, Gil, grew up in Stockton where he played basketball and graduated from Stockton College. He served four years in the U.S. Air Force and graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a B.S. in Geography. After graduating from college, Phil began a long career in city planning, and retired as the Planning Director for the City of Manteca.
