RIPON – With the Trans Valley League schedule winding down and postseason spots being dictated, the Ripon Indians needed a win. Sophomore pitcher Caleb Rogers gave Ripon what it needed, tossing a complete-game three-hitter Thursday in a 4-1 Indians win.

With the Valley Oak League title in the balance, the Oakdale Mustangs put together a team round to remember, posting three players in the 70s to capture the VOL Tournament title with a score of 409 and edging out second place East Union by 17-strokes Tuesday at Diablo Grande Country Club Ranch Course.
