After keeping the opponents out of their net for the first two games of the Buffalo Cup, the East Union Lancers battled with Franklin-Stockton until the waning seconds of the championship game when Elias Muro arced a shot for the Yellowjackets that barely broke the plane under the crossbar but it was enough to give Franklin the championship trophy with a 1-0 win at Guss Schmiedt Field.
