The chance became reality when sophomore Jaqi Gutierrez nailed a desperation 3-pointer as time expired, sending the Buffaloe faithful into frenzy and the Pitman Pride home with a 57-55 loss.
STOCKTON – The East Union Lancers took on teams complete with wrestlers in each weight class, but were able to do battle short-staffed, still competing during the team-dual portion of the Bear Creek Tournament Friday at Delta College.
STOCKTON – The Weston Ranch Cougars wasted little time punching their ticket back to the Stagg Tournament championship, jumping out to a 10 point halftime lead before knocking off the host Delta Queens 68-49 in the tournament semi-final.
