Thirty years ago, on May 24, 1980, East Union High's 1980 football season nearly went up in smoke--literally--when a fire swept through a metal storage shed and team locker area in the boys' locker room at the Union Road campus. Twenty years ago, on May 19, 1990, the "old" Tony Dominguez returned to the ring - which meant he didn't stay there very long.
