It's been quite a while since I set foot in the annual Manteca Street Fair downtown. Come to think of it, I think that was the Pumpkin Fair that I attended. I remember that because that's the year I went and took pictures of the Cow-munity mural in the parking lot of the then-Kentucky Fried Chicken, now the Athens Burgers.
